The engine under the bonnet

Public data, made useful.

Everything we deliver comes from official public sources. Our job is turning scattered, ugly records into leads you can act on.

From register to your inbox

Four steps, every day.
1

We watch the registers

Council planning registers are checked daily for new applications; the state's building permit records (all 82 councils) are ingested as they're published. Live register feeds are rolling out council by council — 72 councils already have proven, open-source register scrapers we adapt. Every record is public and used under its open licence.

2

AI cleans and tags each project

Each record is classified: what's being built, what it's worth, and which trades the job will need — from excavation at the start to blinds and landscaping at the end.

3

Matched to your patch

You told us your councils and your trade. We filter everything else out. A roofer in Casey never sees a signage job in Mildura.

4

Delivered when it matters

Planning applications give you a 6–12 month head start. Permits tell you what's in construction now. Your digest lands weekly — or daily if you want the edge.
